Charlotte Tutor: Tutoring - Terms and Conditions

In the near future, students will have the option to make payments online using PayPal
( PayPal is a leader in security technology ).

Fees for the tutoring lesson are paid directly to the Charlotte Tutor. You should pay in cash (unless
you are under a contract).

If you are under a contract, you have the option to pay in cash or by check (a surcharge may be
applied to check payments).

The student should present payment for the session upon my arrival. When a payment is not presented
to me on arrival, I will stop the session several minutes early in order to allow time for payment and insure
that I leave at the end of the hour.

Students who arrive late will only be tutored for the remaining time period of the session. There will be no
prolonged sessions.

If the Charlotte Tutor arrives late, the tutee pays only for the time period during which the tutoring takes
place or the session may be prolonged if time permits.

I strive to provide the best possible tutoring service. However, I will not be held accountable or responsible
for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the tutee. Although I will do everything in my
power to help grades and skill sets improve, I can offer no guarantee there to. On the other hand, Scam
artists will always be willing to offer you guarantees.
