- Cancellation Policy
Charlotte Tutor has a 3 day cancellation
policy (unless you are under a contract).
If a tutoring session is
cancelled or rescheduled during the 3 day period, the student must pay 75% of
the full fee due for the lesson.
If a tutoring appointment is cancelled
or rescheduled on the day of the scheduled appointment, the student must pay the
full fee due for the lesson.
If the student is not ready for the tutoring
lesson when the tutor arrives, the student must pay the full fee due for the
lesson.
There is a big demand for my educational services. As a result,
it may be extremely difficult to reschedule appointments, so bear this in mind
when deciding whether to cancel a session. Rescheduling cancelled appointments
is inconvenient and time-consuming.
Groups formed by a student have a minimum
cancellation period of 72 hours (3 days). The person
who schedules the
appointment is solely responsible for payment.
Groups formed by the
tutor have a
minimum cancellation period of 96 hours (4 days). If you cancel or reschedule
during the cancellation period, I will do my best to find a replacement for you.
If I am unable to do so, you will be responsible for paying your portion of the
tutoring fee.
